Make time in your schedule and remain consistent with your workout pattern in order to form a habit of exercising regularly. 2. Diversify your workout - Cross-training is an important aspect of working out. Exercise will only be so effective if you spend all your time on the treadmill. A varied workout will include a mix of balance exercises, stretching, aerobics, and strength training. 3. Keep up with your diet - To maximize your workouts, maintain a smart diet. Leaving out processed foods and replacing them with healthier options like vegetables and protein is a good way to see faster results.
